Sorry for my late review, I received and opened my package from @ttc6709, the Coach Pennie Backpack is is almost new and excellent condition. The backpack is actually gorgeous and I was totally surprised by how it looked. There are no callouts, wear or stains on the backpack at all, the seller took excellent care of the backpack. The seller took the time to wrap and pack my purchase nicely and I’m totally satisfied with my purchase from this seller. She also included a wonderful thank you gift.
