Seller was responsive, answering my questions about the bracelet. My items arrived promptly & I'm pleased with both of them. Colors of both are accurate to their photo representations. I noticed the box used for shipping had slots in both ends for picking it up. When I found that the bracelet was simply loose (not wrapped) inside the box, I was a little surprised (& very glad) that it hadn't escaped through one of those slots. :-)
