After a little glitch of finding out that the leather boots advertised were no longer available but that there was a pair of suede ones in the same size - the communication with the seller was seamless, pictures of the suede boots were offered and sent the next day and overall it was a pleasant experience. The boots are great. I got lil bonus gift along with my purchase which was a pleasant surprise. It was good doing business with this seller.
