Everything was packed with such care and thought, was not expecting anything extra in the package at ALL so that was such a sweet surprise! One of the BEST seller experiences I’ve ever had will definitely buy from you again if you have more of these ottomans haha, my dog LOVESSS this plushie, we bought one a couple years ago but our new puppy tore his up so we were so sad but this will absolutely bless his heart so thank you tons again!!
