The item I ordered came in perfect condition. That’s why the product received five stars. If I were to rate the seller, unfortunately I would have given no stars as it arrived almost 3 months after I ordered it. The not with it just sad “thank you”. Nothing else. I quick “sorry it’s so late” added would have been all I needed to let it go.
