This is in fact a lovely top -- exactly as the seller described. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask whether it was soft, which was on me. I wore it once and will be passing it on to someone who can handle stiff fabric tops. Still, not the seller's issue -- packaging and shipping were also fine.
