Seller gets 5 stars for managing her errors well through solid communication. Everyone makes mistakes. Seller immediately mailed my package after I completed the purchase. Unfortunately, she sent me the wrong bag but realized her mistake right after placing the package in the mail. She messaged me immediately, explained her error and how it would be corrected through PoshMark. She must’ve been looking for messages from me because she quickly responded each time. She was professional and responsive start to finish. Sometimes when you make an error it can show you at your best.
