Everything was packaged beautifully. Thank you. Unfortunately, I contacted Hermes customer service and refills for the lip balm are no longer available and they do not know if and when they will ever be back. I do have a Hermes store about ten miles from my home at the Short Hills Mall so I may stop in there and see if any of the other refills will fit in the holder.
