This is one of the best online purchase experience I have ever had. The seller was prompt with my inquiry regarding the battery first the watch. She took the watch the next day and had the battery replaced. She let me know how much it cost, and that she would be resisting at a new price to cover the cost. She shipped the watch the next day. The watch was packaged with great care, a thank you note and free gift were included. I was so surprised by the attention to care and detail!
