I so appreciate your resolving the issue with this order, and for the added bonus of the jewelry bag; still rather disappointed with the flaws in the jewelry, and one of the hoops has a crystal missing too. I wanted to give you five stars because you are always fair and do such a nice job packaging and sending in a timely way. I’ve bought lots of jewelry from you, and I will continue to do so, but just feel kind of bad that I won’t be able to wear the bohemian chandelier earrings. Oh well… Life goes on! XO
