The necklace is beautiful and the circle pendants are in excellent condition as described. However, the chain is in knots. Not sure if this maybe happened during shipping or what, but I still haven’t gotten the chain untangled and I’ve been working on it for over an hour. I am unable to wear it as is. I may try taking it to the Tiffany store and see if they can help. Maybe next time display the necklace in the Tiffany box with the little blue bag on the side, instead of placing the chain in the bag?
