The item described as a size 9 but is a size 10. I had to go out of town and payment was released before i got home to look at the item -- Im very dissapointed at this whole sale.Im not a happy camper.I spent aprox.128.00 and cant wear them. Im changing my rating to 5 stars.I was upset since the boots were to big--im finding that sizing isnt that spot on afterall.Everything about this order was fine-- pics description and delivery-- im just wearing thick winter socks to make them wearable and that works for me-- i did order the boots cuz i just loved them. All is well and ends well.I apologize for the harsh review and look forward to shopping your closet again. Thank you
