Seller has bent over backward to help me out with this purchase. She is lovely, and had no idea there was a problem when the necklace went out. A jeweler I spoke to (and sent a picture to) thinks it’s an easy fix with a split ring, or stacking two to make the pendant lay flat. This lady is a CLASS ACT. Unfortunately, my mouth gets the better of me at times, and in this case, I DEFINITELY wasn’t. I have apologized, but I feel absolutely awful. Takeaway: she’s as beautiful inside as outside. Her boutique offers FABULOUS items!
