The seller contacted me about a problem before they shipped, being honest and asking me what I wanted to do. I looked at the pics again, and decided that the problem was an accident and not the sellers fault. So I said ok, go ahead and ship them - I am fine with it. The seller then shipped, and the models arrived quickly - with a check for $10 back for my trouble! I am not so happy with the packing job, but the sellers honesty, friendleness and consideration for me are outstanding. So they get all stars from me:)
