The item is exactly as described as long as you understand why she wore a slip underneath the garment. When I read it I thought she wore a slip underneath it because she didn't like how deep the V-neck went and maybe it helped to keep anything from sticking. It wasn't until I received the garment that I understood that the material is on the thin side and you really need something underneath it. The imperfection (puckering) at the neckline is so minor that I'm surprised it was brought up at all.
