This order was received as advertised, in a timely manner- shorts are super cute. The 4 stars instead of 5 was ONLY because another item I opened the same day was wrapped in cute tissue and a ribbon- with a nice note. Absolutely unnecessary- but a special touch. You did great- I would definitely purchase from you again! Lastly- the fact that you asked what to do differently- shows you care.
