I had a question about the item which the seller responded to same day on. Item was all ceramic but was packaged well for shipping including noting on the outside of the box for the shippers. Plus there was a personal touch on the inside that reminded me why small businesses and private sellers are sometimes better to buy from. So excited for my new coffee press!
