My Bedgear pillow arrived in an unopened box, with the pillow enclosed in plastic. It was definitely brand new, never used. This purchase saved me $49 from the price of the same pillow on other sites. I have arthritis in my neck, and the Bedgear pillow is the only one that gives me relief. Very pleased with this purchase.
