I got a great deal on this! So I'm extremely happy with the purchase and how carefully it was packaged to ensure it arrived intact. However, it took 5 days to be shipped and I left multiple messages over a span of 3 days trying to get in contact with the seller. I was wanting to find out when it would be shipped but I never received a response. I checked and she was active on the app but still ignored my messages. I was going to purchase the UD Vault from her but, sadly, I will be looking elsewhere. I'm giving 5 stars so I don't hurt business for her. Hopefully she can do better with future customers.
