Hi Valerie, you bought the free people sweater from my closet. It’s not in EUC condition. I sent it anyway but I think you should not accept it but I will say to keep it. Then you won’t get charged. It’s a bit pilled but it can be shaved with a sweater shaver. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment.
