So if I decline your $12 and send out an offer of $15, you should get $4.99 shipping which would make it $19.99 which is about the same. Would that be OK?

nellybennett878Hello! It sold for $450, but was returned bc buyer did not do their part. They complained it had no clochette or hangtag. The ad never promised either hang tag or clochette. Nor did any of the pictures show the Rogue with them. Bc of this problem, I purchased a brand new 1941 Coach hang tag. I can offer the bag without the hangtag for $450 or $645 for the Rogue including hangtag. Lmk, thx!
