Poshmark won't refund because of 3 day look-see. However, I am happy to offer $16 off on anything in my closet. I am sorry I cannot do more.
I am removing all shoes I purchased at same place....I hope you take advantage of my markdown....I truly feel really bad about the shoes. I usually get 5-stars on my sells. :(

I don't see anything on your site that I am interested in. Furthermore, the shoes were covered in animal hair; (dog or cat) which I am highly allergic to. I would appreciate it if you would just send me a personal check for the $16.00 plus the $6.75 for the shipping. That is the only fair thing for your to do, as a five star seller, regardless of "Poshmark's policy".

You never even attempted to send me a refund. I was a seller on EBAY for ten years and would never have sold a customer dirty, broken shoes and then told them...sorry...too bad! Very Bad!

Geez Stacy no reason to be so nasty. I too sell on Ebay and as you know it is protocol to send picture of damaged item. I was going to send you a check ... but have just now heard from you....you are assuming a lot negative things about me ... which are untrue and not even giving me a chance to make this right...surely you can tell I was very upset about the shoes...I have no animals and I know for a fact the shoes were not dirty

Look at the photo you posted of the shoes....you can clearly see the dog or cat hair on them. I just assumed you would clean them up before you sent them...but that would not have mattered because as I told you, the shoes were rotted and cracked. What I said was it wrong of you to accept money - - despite the 2 day deadline. Having never received a refund from you, yes, that did get my ire up. I do not wish to post my address on line...you also have that based on the sale; do you not?

Hi Stacy! I’m so glad you love the blouse! I tried emailing you but it didn’t go through. Anyway, I wanted to say that the dry cleaning was my offer, so no need to reimburse! Also, I usually put a lot more into the packages, but didn’t want to add anything that might trigger any allergy attacks. I really appreciate the offer! Have a great evening!

Hello I’m sorry you were disappointed in your item. There is no way it could be polled snagged or torn. This is a brand new item. Yes the packaging was older but the product had never even been unfolded. You tried to scare me from day one messaging on a separate item asking me to remove the cover therefore it would not have been new in package. I did take extra care and put packaging in there so it would not get messed up.

Because I wanted something that I was going to put on my body taken out of a FILTHY PACKAGE. I gave the duvet to my cleaning lady or it would have gone in the trash. No! YOU ARE BEING REPORTED FOR MAKING THIS UNTRUE STATEMENT.
