New with tags! Pink soft/flowy top hangs longer on both sides, has a flutter sleeve,deep V neck , and rouched design on one shoulder. In the front of the top within the "V" looks like stitching is splitting... Not sure that I noticed it when I purchased. Nothing a needle and thread can't fix in 2 minutes!! I'm just not at all handy!
