jolyjo54@coco310la Hi! The heel is about 3". They are not narrow, your toes don't go into the point if that makes sense. They are a true 6.5 in my opinion as I have gone to 6.5 from 6 these last few years! Great comfortable shoes that look good too. Hope this helps.
