This is a gorgeous couture black Victor Costa dress. It’s embellished with a spectacular pearl/sequin detail around the collar & cuffs. It’s in EXCELLENT condition (1-2 of the pearls need tightening, and 1 small pearl in the back is missing - hardly noticeable, easily replaced). I purchased this vintage dress to have it altered to fit me, but never did! Sz 12. I've never worn it, but purchased it from a seller who said it was previously worn by the dancer Ann Miller (I have a card stating this.)

Then I can give you exact measurements from shoulder to hem. This dress is gorgeous - a real couture item. It was an impulse buy, and I bought it thinking I would have it altered, but I never did. elkie1115 Hi @fmjmemphis Just wanted to get back to you. I measured the dress- From shoulder to hem it is 41 1-2". I think it definitely would be long enough because I held it up to me and it came down to well below my knee (It wouldn't make sense for me to try it on because I am a size 4, and it would be so big on me that I wouldn't get a true representation of the length. That being said, I really think it would be fine for you). When I went to look at this gorgeous dress again, I remembered how much I love it! But it would be way too costly for me to have it altered. And anyway, I really don't have anyplace to wear it! So just let me know what you think!
