Vintage Victor Costa Ltd velvet and taffeta dress

This gorgeous and glamorous knee length vintage black dress will take any special event to the next level. Beaded scooped neckline, princess seams, velvet body and taffeta arms give this dress such an elegant feel. It was altered to fit me many years ago and has remained in storage.
