elismommy1025 @tamm712 if you send it as goods and services and the item isn't described as you thought it would then you have the option of return it , and in cases where the seller doesn't want to refund your money , Paypal refunds it. I had an issue with some jordans I bought and the sneakers started to fall apart the 2nd day. I contacted the seller and she didn't return any of my message so I opened a claim and paypal returned my money in 1 week. How would you want to work our payments? And I have no problem of holding an item if your positive about purchasing it
