augustpinkstyle @ldcherry I'm a US 7-71/2 and I'm normally a 38 on Louboutins but on the Biancas and Malevas, I can go all the way up to a 38 1/2 but I was desperate to have these and they were the last pair so I got them. It's loose on me so I wear a shoe insert! I hope that helps!
