Lightweight tank dress

Adorable tank dress from forever 21. Very soft jersey material. Fits like a short dress or tunic (I wore as a dress / beach coverup and I am 5'9"). Has a tie for the waist (not needed), and a small pocket on one breast. In excellent condition. Fits true to size. $3 if bundled.
