sarahwfin2 @fujora hi Keallie before I send these I took my own measurements of these because they look small but that could just be me. Unstretched the waist is 21 inches. The leg holes are 10 inches. Again it states 28/30 in the waist label which I assume means stretched. Let me know if you want me to send them. Sarah
