eowyn797 @sbruner15 i feel that it is, yes, but if there are measurements that i can provide, i'm happy to, just let me know! I normally wear a small in most brands and a medium in those that run smaller, and this was too big for me, so I feel it's probably a proper medium.

eowyn797 @sbruner15 there's a seam there, but no extra elastic. the fabric is stretchy all over, though, due to the nylon.
