cpmelody @ashjan hi! It fits med best, to have the look the has and for it To look "oversized". Fits large fine XL would be stretching it, it fits me, but tight across the bust. I can take a pic of it tomorrow when there is light out. Would you like measurements?

cpmelody @ashjan I'm a plus size, everywhere lol! Yes, it would be baggy on you, possibly not quite as long, but longer then your rear end. My daughter waivers from a s to a m and 4-6 smalls usually are too tight across her bust, she's 24. It's gorgeous on her, but looks too baggy unless she gland it up and wears leggings or tights and a pair of boots!
