Chloe Navy Suede Boots. Size 9.0-9.5

I bought these designer boots and only wore them one day before realizing they are too small. I have taken them to the shoe repair and unfortunately not a material that can be stretched. The bottom says 40.5 but I am a 9.5-10 and these are a bit small. They retail for $995 at Neiman Marcus where I bought them. I have the dust bag which I will include as well.
