Please don't let people try to convince you that these types of palettes are authentic MAC! Signs to look for: -Mac palettes do not usually have mirrors on them -Aside from their mineral colors, their shadows are not raised, they should look flush with the pan -If they come with an applicator it will be a miniature BRUSH, never a sponge. -Lady GaGa palettes are not real, she never had her own shadows. -The most colors I've ever seen in a palette is 15 -All of their shadows have names!

meggoc I deleted my first posting of this because it turned into a war between two people. If you start drama on this I will block you so that it will not continue! This post is to HELP others spot fakes! Not to call anyone out. Let's help each other by teaching each other what we should be looking for to confirm authenticity and how to spot fake products.

sadie111590 Only SOME come with mirrors. THe limited edition palettes usually do. Glad someone put it out there that some people are selling fake mac. Also he fake gaga variety color lipsticks smh

meggoc Ladies, please be careful when buying sets of 'MAC' brushes! I just uploaded a picture of what they often look like. A lot of people are honest and admit they're knock offs but a lot will tell you they are authentic! Unless the brushes are special editions the metal between the brush and stem will be SILVER, the lettering will be close to the metal (not in the middle of the brush) with numbers following & the lettering will be engraved!
