pegster67 @sunlvr1821 Good morning! With the top laying flat and I stretched it measures approx 19". It is very stretchy though so it could go up or down a size or two. Hope this helps! Have a great day! 😊

pegster67 @princessalexa66 You crack me up! I am a 34DD and when I just tried it on it measured approx 22" across the chest (with boobs!). On me there was still plenty of room. Does that help? Lol

pegster67 @princessalexa66 Hi! Of course I can measure it for you. Measuring across the bottom laying flat it measures approx 22". It's really hard to measure exact only because it's very "stretchy". I hope this helps! 😉
