irezumierica @etorate yes they do, they are very narrow. I am a 6 to 6.5 and they are snug on me. I am tts 6 narrow in US. I made a mistake not buying a 36/6 but they werent available. This waa the only size left and it worked for me. I love these shoes and hope they dont sell lol

irezumierica @bitchlivebetter these are the older style pigalle with the skinny heel. The heels now are thicker. Please try a pigalle on first, if yout foot is narrow they may be too big. These have the build in heel elastic which they no longer do now. If you are a 4.5 i think they are too big. I am a 6,5 and these fit me perfect. You need them snug so that your heel doesnt slip.

irezumierica @redshesaid007 thank you. Yeah the heel is high and this is when the pigalle had the super thin heel. Now the heels are thicker to accommodate the height. If i got them in 100 i wouldnt be selling
