saundie@sunlvr1821 hi Patty this is a dolman sleeve so the bust is very large because there's no seam but at the hip above the ribbed bottom is 39" stretching to 43". Also I have another shipment in blue jeggings on the way because I only have them in 2X-3X. There's no way these are that big. I just held them up. They stretch a lot. 28-44" for the waist and 39"-54" for hips. I have the black ones though.
