would this shirt fit 38. use and 30 waist. I tried to go by chart but the top of it is cut off so not sure what is measured in each column

@vickieavery72 The chart states a medium would work however some styles run small. The material on this top has no stretch (like the red one too) I'm so bummed your having trouble with my available sizes but I want to be honest too. I want you to be a happy customer 😉
