To best answer your question we recommend taking the waist measurement of a pair of pants or jeans that you feel fit you the best and compare them to the waist measurement of these. Personally I can fit in a few different sizes as can most women so it’s truly best to go by measurements. I know this probably wasn’t the exact cut and dry answer you were hoping for but we have found that’s the best way to determine fit
