saundie @mommystreasures thanks girl but I'm way older than you! I'm not working the hours I was and I'm going to bed at a decent hour, eating better and working out with a trainer 3 days a week. You might get your hormones checked. I found out the reason I couldn't sleep is I had very little progesterone so I feel like a new person!! Go see your Dr!! Love ya!
