Soft, stretchy cotton shirt w/non stretch embroidered flower hem and cuff. Embroidery placed on sheer mesh. Sleeves have the t shirt behind it while the bottom mesh is see through. Fits like an XS NWT but the tags are on the bag it came in not on the shirt itself. Measurements are taken w/item laying flat & are approximate but I try my best length (shoulder to hem) 26", hem width 17.5", bust 15.25", sleeve 23.25", arm opening 4". Cotton blend machine wash cold and gentle hang dry
