Personally I've worn this as a mini dress w/a dress extender underneath and I've worn it with cute shorts, leggings, distressed skinny jeans. It's pretty versatile. 👍🏻

The bust on the medium is measured at 40” (or 20” laid flat & straight across from underarm to underarm). On the small it’s 38” (or 19” laid flat & straight across from underarm to underarm).
