Advertising of your own closet should be done in your own closet. Now I'm going to have to delete this listing and redo it, therefore losing the people who bookmarked this listing.

Most people do not like that and it's upsetting because we all work hard on our listings & it's not right to have someone else advertising their closet in our listings that we worked hard on. persuasions @jdcox4 well the way I see it, having the kiddos involved in something that makes them feel proud, gives them self esteem & keeps them involved it a good thing. For my older daughter its singing & art, for my youngest its sports or mostly gymnastics. She's 7 & since age 5 could climb to the top of the high rope in the gym. She's a sting little thing. Built for gymnastics. She's trying out for pre-competitive classes next semester!

persuasions @carolynqx sorry for the late reply. I actually do everything on my computer w/photo editing software that I purchased. I use a camera to photograph my items, mostly in my consignment shop - @jessica10908 - and the 2 logos I have for each closet were drawn for me by a family member & uploaded on my laptop. Then I edit, add borders, my logo & so on from my laptop before I upload items to Poshmark. We're u looking for a app on a phone or a software photography/editing tool for a computer?

I have never done this. Do I just blanket list: "Bundle for Linda" & list the items & in price: add all $'s - my bundle discount? & manually put in discounted price?

There's 2 options, if u have a set bundle discount on your closet that u have chosen in your settings (as u see in every listing of mine it says 10% off 2 or more items) then all your customer has to do is select the items she wants by using the bundle feature & posh automatically discounts the bundle based on the bundle discount u have set & she can check out 👍🏻 .... OR

persuasions @nola3707 We (my employees & I) use photoshop & editing tools on the computers to frame & insert photos & add text to our logo drawings & crop to square size since posh is the only place that makes us to use square photos. Then we email the photos and save them to our smart phones & upload them on Poshmark. It sounds more grueling than it really is. Lol.

persuasions @mattietee thank you luv 😊 my girls are my little angels ✨💞☺️ oh and to answer your other question under my other listing, we do everything on the computer, from our photos to our descriptions. Then email them to our business email which we open on a smart phone or tablet and copy & paste it from the email to the description but we don't go over the 500 character limit. I wish we could sometimes as I hate downsizing our descriptions at times.

I started listing items at 8:30am and finished at 4pm! I didn't realize all the effort & care all of you Posher's put into the listing process! It took a lot of hard work to build it & years later after a lot of saving & research I opened my boutique which I'm super proud of.

In order to become a suggested user & receive host picks is to be 110% posh compliment). Also, share, share & share not only your items but others as well. It shows you're engaged in the community and helps gain exposure.

clare143 @persuasions I've been on PM since May and I've worked hard to polish my listings (cover shots) as well as gift wrapping with satin ribbons, personalized hand drawn cards, and extra little goodies with every purchase. When I received the first and only 4 star rating for item cleanliness i have to admit I was really distraught. Included with the J Crew Scalloped Hem Dress (which I worked with her lower offer) I included beautiful brand new back seam hosiery and a Banana Republic necklace.

Some people will reply & u can sometimes clear it up. Others don't reply.

In order to be a boutique item or true retail you must purchase wholesale from the company itself. If you purchased items being sold at a store then they are NWT not retail/boutique items. persuasions @chandra_dee getting your "wholesale certificate" on posh only allows u to buy (so called) wholesale here on posh. I'm not slamming Poshmark's efforts but I don't recommend the wholesale portal honestly. It's over priced and almost every seller in portal buys their items from actual real wholesale vendors on sale then they sell it here for over fifty % of what they paid, or more, per piece. The stuff tends not to sell. Most everyone we see has reduced the prices well below what they paid for it.

persuasions @chandra_dee Real wholesale buying means obtaining the proper business licenses and tax id's, paying taxes & other fees involved in owning a business & so on. It's much more involved than the so called wholesale here. Again it's no offense to posh. I was supportive in the beginning but saw too many people take HUGE losses & found most the vendors are not real wholesale sellers, so I think it's wrong & cannot honestly recommend the portal here. Hope this helps. Xo

Then when we kindly explain that due to our costs, posh fees & pricing our items on average at 50% or more off retail and have countered at our lowest available sale price then they send another counter offer for the same $5 OR offer $1 more it's definitely frustrating. Unfortunately we receive LBO's numerous times a day. 😩

persuasions @ncmcollections hi huni! Lovely to meet you. So to answer your question, this is solely my own opinion, the groups you're seeing are poshmark share groups. Women create groups and everyday you share each other's items. I've done this myself in the past from my 1st closet but found it highly time consuming and ineffective. PFF's aren't a group. That's just a term we use on posh to refer to women you've become friends with on posh. "Posh friend forever" = PFF. 👍🏻

Be kind and responsive to everyone. Share. Share. Share. And share some more. Good cover photos. Show details in your photos & different angles of your item(S). And write good descriptions. We peeked in your closet & it looks nice! Keep it up! It takes time too. Build a network. You can do it! 💋

I personally started with one closet @jessica10908 and then started a consignment company and about a year & a half ago I opened my online boutique selling retail clothing. So I have 2 legal tax paying businesses. I left my career as a counselor and now am doing this full time with a store front boutique as well and photography studio. I love what I do. I'm not rich by any means and I don't make as much as I did when I was a counselor BUT I'm headed to it & am close. But it's taken a lot of time, effort, energy & money investing in inventory, employees and of course my lovely model & my photography studio & office. But I didn't get there overnight.
