emscloset3@melbachand thanks for the message! It may! I am somewhere around those sizes depending on brand and cut. The shoulders are 15" and the sleeves are 21" with a sleeve inseam of 16". The sleeves were just a tad too short for my liking. I can send more measurements or pictures if you're interested.
