Cream/navy blue/yellow button down blouse. It has the extra long fabric which gives it a vintage look attached to the collar, I really don't know how it was supposed to be worn but it looks cute tied in a bow, left untied or a wrapped around the neck a couple times which gives it a turtleneck look. I loved it every way. EUC. Size XS. 3/4 length sleeves.
