@kimmydesu the small is 18" from arm pit to arm pit laying flat. The medium is 19". The top part isn't really tight or fitted. It is loose fitting

@denimqueen86 this was the size xs. I have a small waist 25.2" and hips 28.5" So i usually wear a xs in womens tops but a 4 in bottoms. I hope that helps.

@annperce yes these are women sizes. I wear size 2 or a 4 and i have the xs on in the pic. I would say the small would range from a size 4 to 6 in womens.
