leah813 @kimmydesu the small is 18" from arm pit to arm pit laying flat. The medium is 19". The top part isn't really tight or fitted. It is loose fitting

leah813 @denimqueen86 this was the size xs. I have a small waist 25.2" and hips 28.5" So i usually wear a xs in womens tops but a 4 in bottoms. I hope that helps.
