livianna @elizjurrie They run just a little small or on the lower end of true to size. So if you are in between, I would go up. Laying flat, from armpit to armpit, the 1X is 20.5" across and the 3X is 23.5" across. The fabric has maybe an inch of stretch. The length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is 28" for the 1X and 29" for the 3X. Thanks!

livianna @elizjurrie Hi! Based on the size chart I have, a size 20 lines up with this top's 3X size (it runs small). So, I would recommend the 3X because I prefer a more comfortable fit.
