@ptl8 hello! So sorry for delayed response, had to walk dog. I have my clothes in an office but the bust for this manufacturer usually averages around 43". I'm sorry but I can't remember if it's sheer. It is possible you may need an under shirt. I can give more information tomorrow when I go back to the office.
