@crfashions24 Just stretched it for you haha. It does. It stretched to 19.5" laying flat. I didnt want to push it too much but it does have a good amount of stretch. it is a lightweight top. The one thing I will say it is 60% cotton so you need to make sure you lay flat to dry so it doesnt shrink.

I haven't been on since December 2015 because I was being spammed. But people still loved seeing the styles so I left it up.
