mylittlethings @megsbs Hi it's def tts. Their is some stretch to it not much.. No adjustable straps and it's just pull over it does have a button closure on the top... I can measure for u in a little while also it hits more the hips then the waist

mylittlethings @megsbs hi again it's 32 inches full length.. Hips 16 inches ... 13 inches in length from hips to hem.. & it has about two inches in stretch
